According to this blogpost by John Kaster, Delphi 2005 update 3 will be the performance update.
The following items will be updated/improved:
- Slow Project Load Times with Modeling Enabled
- Slow Response when Editing Models
- Long Pause when Switching Between the Editor and Form Designer
- Access violation removing breakpoint
I suppose it will be out any time now.
