Almost two years ago I blogged about the license that Microsoft has on the Office UI Ribbon, finding it a bit of a silly license. If you want to use the ribbon control you will have to sign a license with Microsoft.

Who needs those ugly ribbons?
Who needs Office 2007?
Delphi was too good to be successful at the long end. Still working with
Delphi 5. Output runs on anything between 98 and Vista(possibly, never tried that crap)
Maybe we shall pay the software companies like people did with the
doctors in ancient china: Pay for the software update that has been omitted, cause it wasn't necessary..
